What is Tales Made?
We are a custom storybook studio creating one-of-a-kind children’s books built around the child they’re made for. Each book has its own plot, characters and visual style, turning the things they love into an adventure just their own.
How does it work?
It’s simple! All we need is a few photos and some of your loved one’s favourite things they’d like to see in a story.
The best photos have a variety of facial expressions and show the full body, so illustrations resemble them closer.
For their interests, think of 2–3 things they would love to see in an adventure. These could be anything from dinosaurs and music to space, football or pirates.

We offer custom stories in premium hardcover for a gift that’ll last, softcover, and a digital-only PDF option that lets you to see the story on any device.
Hardcover and softcover options include a digital PDF of the book as standard.

What is the returns/cancellation policy?
After an order is made, you can cancel it anytime before we send you the picture preview of the ordered storybook, which can take up to one week.
If you receive your storybook and notice any glaring errors or mistakes with the product, you can email our support team at talesmadeservice@gmail.com who can arrange a reprinting or refund.

What happens to the photos after?
Any photos or information you share is used ONLY to create the custom storybook. After each book is printed the associated pictures and information you provided us with is deleted permanently.
No third parties will have access to your data.
If we wish to use any images of the storybook we made of your loved one for marketing, you will always be contacted for permission first.
